MANAGING EFFECTIVE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS – General

Our management and/or supervisor training Managing Effective Employee Relations prepare managers for union organizing “facts and tactics.” This two to four hour session is highly interactive with role play and video tape and is designed to raise the knowledge and comfort level of supervisors in being able to talk about the subject with no fear of saying or doing something unlawful. Each participant will receive a booklet containing the training material.
