LABOR RELATIONS TRAINING & SEMINARS
Being prepared for organizing efforts is the easiest way to thwart them.
ANHS’ labor relations training seminars seek to give your managers and supervisors the necessary tools they need to counter any union campaigns. Ensure your employee relationships remain strong with effective communication learned in our labor relations training seminars.
MANAGING EFFECTIVE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS – GENERAL OR HEALTHCARE
Our management and/or supervisor training Managing Effective Employee Relations prepare managers for union organizing “facts and tactics.” This two to four hour session is highly interactive with role play and video tape and is designed to raise the knowledge and comfort level of supervisors in being able to talk about the subject with no fear of saying or doing something unlawful. Each participant will receive a booklet containing the training material.
We also provide this labor relations training seminar tailored for the healthcare industry.
We recommend this program in conjunction with our Managing Effective Employee Relations publication.
